Tradebe Minerals Recycling helps its customers solve their inorganic waste disposal problems through recycling of materials into the UK cement industry and agriculture.
Through it's state of the art Recycling Facility at Kirkby, near Liverpool, TMR offers plasterboard recycling and gypsum recycling into a form of gypsum that can be used in cement manufacture by a number of leading cement companies in the UK.
TMR can also recycle many other inorganic wastes by utilising them as alternative raw materials in the manufacture of cement.
The main focus area’s of the minerals recycling business are :
1. Gypsum replacement – gypsum is added to clinker (raw cement) to prevent cement from setting too quickly when used, this replaces naturally mined gypsum.
2. Clinker Raw Materials replacement i.e. replacement of aluminium, silicon and calcium oxides with waste derived materials. These raw materials are mined natural resources.
